I bought my first pair of these shoes in August. After a month the boot started breaking just below the heel of my left boot. I promptly arranged for a product exchange as the shoes fit very well and it is difficult to find matching 11.5W shoes. My second pair lasted a little longer but no more than 2 months AFTER I was able to initiate another return/replacement. So now I'm stuck with a broken pair of shoes and there's nothing I can do about it. I just spent $75. The shoes fit well but are of poor quality and do not offer a long enough return window in case the same problem arises. Light clothes for working at the table at work. I walk a little and am not on my feet. Just wanted to add this to show that I wasn't strict with these shoes.
