These pillows did not fit me. They never expanded to look like the picture no matter how I fluffed them up. They are very similar to down pillows. Soft but no real support, especially for side sleepers. They have to be constantly fluffed up or folded at night because they get flat. The description says there is a zipper to adjust the height. There is only one zipper and more fibers need to be added to adjust the height. I had to take fibers from one and add them to the other to get a pillow that worked. One side of the pillow is quilted, and you sleep hot on this side. The other side is smooth and sleeps cooler.
