I have a very active beagle, sweaters fall off immediately, then I have to fix them. They are amazing. The turtleneck sweater actually fits well, it's flexible, soft and stretchy but doesn't stretch like other sweaters I've had. Size #14 is perfect for a 22lb Beagle with short legs. It's even a bit "big" which she seems to like because it doesn't constrict (I have all the other sweaters for her. If they're "big" they fall out). It's just amazing in every way. I came back and bought 4 more in different colors. And they hold up well in the washer/dryer! So happy with them - best I've found at Revain so far.
