Oniisee's reusable Q-Tips are NOT Q-Tips. Replaceable nozzles are called "cotton swabs" but they aren't cotton swabs either. These are plastic sticks with replaceable silicone tips. We mostly use cotton swabs to clean our ears, and since they're made of silicone, which doesn't absorb moisture, they don't work as well on us as traditional cotton swabs. was moved under the eyes.
