These earrings are a little smaller than I expected but other than that they are beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. My daughter had trouble wearing regular stud earrings and mother's earrings - she was constantly being "poked" behind her ear. She also developed an allergy to everything but silver, so these earrings solved both of those problems. The loop at the back stays closed and is much more comfortable to wear (and sleep in) than with a pin. Design is medicine, albeit a bit small. My daughter is 4 ½ and they suit her well. I would recommend it for children aged 6+. They are probably too small for older girls.
