Review on Homebase by Joe Campbell

I was looking at this as an easy way to use it, but in actual fact when you're first setting up your account there are so many steps that if any one thing fails its very confusing! The help system could be improved by being more clear or concise - they seem unable/unwilling do give straightforward answers (or explanations). If someone isn't confident with computers their self then can have issues getting everything set right etc therefore causing confusion within themselves which makes things worse rather than better sometimes? There's no room key lockers just basic storage units however having home base has made my life easier through out all of our jobs where we work away from each other due weather factors ect It's easy to use, easy to track time and easy to keep track of all your employees. The only thing I dislike about this program is that it sometimes lags when you are on it. Other than that, it is a great program! Nothing. This program has been very helpful in keeping track of my staff's schedules. It also allows me to see who has worked the most in a given day and week. I can also easily send out emails to remind people of their schedule and show them what they have already worked.
