Review on 🌞 Burt's Bees Truly Glowing Day Lotion for Dry Skin - Unisex 1.8 oz, White, (I0115836) by Diana Kemmler

Not really impressed. Definitely not worth €15. The amount of hyaluronic acid is too small to really make a big difference, but it gives your skin a slight glow. However, it wears off after a while. There's no scales or glitter in it, but something about it gives the skin a subtle pearlescent sheen. Focus on subtle nuances. It's a lovely floral old lady scent, but it's very strong and long lasting. I really don't like the smell on my face. Flavor was further down the ingredients list so I thought it would be ok, but no. It's too much, after a while my head starts to hurt. It dries very quickly and has a runny viscosity rather than being creamy or thick. I would recommend it for oily/combination skin rather than dry skin. It doesn't moisturize very well. I live in eastern Washington state and my skin is dry and that's not enough. I feel like I need a serum or another layer of moisturizer. I really can't do it because it's pills with other products. Even if you add another layer with nothing but this product, it still curls up. It also rubs off when you scratch/rub your face, even after it dries. Very strange. Not a fan. I had no problem putting makeup over it (after it dried naturally). The only real plus I can say about it is that it doesn't irritate my skin or break out on me. For this reason alone, I will be giving Burt's Bees skincare another try.
