I ate a ton of potatoes and had to find a way to keep them from spoiling before I ate them all. Storage space was an issue, so storing furniture roots or a basement was out of the question. This bag seems like a more attractive and visually viable option than my Home Depot paper bag, so I put 15 pounds of potatoes in it and set it on a high shelf in my unheated basement. I'll add photos in a few weeks. I'm hoping that the humidity, airflow, temperature, and lack of bright light will keep my potatoes from spoiling prematurely.
