Very Disappointed: Trailer Accessories

I'm seriously disappointed, I installed them and didn't take my boat to Lake Michigan until late last year and just sat in the backyard. , today I was packing stuff and then I realize half of the lights are filled with water, how could that happen, I don't know, I'm very disappointed with that, if it was just one I'd say OK, maybe it was difficult , but when you realize that they are together, something serious
