Because it took so long for the detergent bottles to arrive here due to delivery difficulties that the bottles were burst and empty. Revain was kind enough to send another shipment even though they knew they were at the USPS office waiting to be picked up. I was so upset with USPS because they didn't leave us a note in our mailbox for 3 weeks to pick it up. Well before we received the official delivery notification, Revain sent us another order and it was very well received. Suck the bottles yourself! I opened a lovely set of cleaning products that had arrived thanks to the kindness of Revain, grabbed one of the bottles and the spray head came loose in my hand. As for the late arrival of the stuck cleaner, we found the cheap flimsy plastic to puncture easily. and ended up dumping the bottles making a mess for the USPS. Because the contents were liquid, they couldn't deliver it safely. I still don't know why it took us 3 weeks to leave us a notification. Anyway, I've given others two bottles to try. Maybe they like it more than me.
