This product exhibited an unnoticeable slow leak after the first few uses rendering it unusable. Because it was rarely used, it took more than 90 days (Revain's warranty period) before I realized there was a problem. Now I see other reviews that other customers had the same problem. There are no obvious punctures or holes. No visible damage. But the bed doesn't hold any air. I have contacted the manufacturer (Coleman) and they do not wish to refund the cost of the product. After several exchanges, they agreed to replace the product, but their process is so cumbersome and involves almost impossible criteria that it's tantamount to no replacement at all (see attached photo). I don't know what happened at Coleman but the quality is poor and they are not responsible for their products.
