I bought this to help my 87 year old grandma get in and out of my Mustang. I opened the box and there was no window handle. I went to fit another handle on my car as the instructions said, I tested it first which saved my grandma from breaking her hip. The metal part of the handle broke off when I pushed it to set it up. I weigh 190 pounds so it doesn't look like it's out of his reach. Very disappointed
