My arms and shoulders ached trying to unfold this step stool
I can't fold or unfold it. I tried and my hands hurt terribly. My husband has been successful except not using it. I'm small and need to use it regularly to reach things around my house. Update: The seller/manufacturer has now emailed me several times offering me a free gift to film the review. My arms and shoulders hurt for 2 days trying to unfold the step stool. I will not remove this review in hopes it will help someone else avoid pain.
