I switched from a 2022 model to this poppy and am usually happy with it. It is definitely worth the money. Take it without thinking twice if you are not embarrassed by the inadequacies mentioned above. Got advantages: Overall, a highly successful model that, barring the issues listed below, one could easily recommend to anyone using Windows. Cons: the Touchbar. It is quite annoying that there is no opportunity to purchase a version with standard keys. When typing, I used to place my fingers here. After over two months, I still do this and occasionally touch the wrong key. You can disable the brightness of the keys when watching a movie in the dark, but you cannot disable the touch bar because it interferes with viewing. - Making use of a mouse. If you use an external mouse, the scrolling will be reversed and have a dreadful inertia that makes it difficult to control. Prior to the release of Catalina, this was rather simple to fix; however, all earlier hacks ceased to function. I spent a significant amount of time on this and was only able to fix it using the expensive SmoothScroll application, which frequently breaks down and requires restarting. I once purchased a different SteerMouse to serve the same functions, but the new macOS version only allowed for a new purchase.
