I was a bit nervous about the purchase at first because the seller didn't know the exact measurements (which is odd if you ask me) and I could only rely on reviews from other buyers. I have a 70 pound Dutch Shepherd mix with a 16" neck and these bandanas are perfect for the second button. I would say this is a good buy for anyone who has a small or large breed. Small ones like Pug, French Bulldog, Miniature Schnauzer etc. and large ones like German Shepherd, Boxer, Labrador, Pit etc. The bandanas are too big for a Yorkie or Chihuahua and too small for a fluffy dog like the Akita or Great Pyrenees. The fabric used is very well made, it almost reminds me of what a baby bib is made of. I hope this review helps someone before purchasing.
