Disappointed in best hair care
I feel like I wasted $10. Not sure why this is rated so highly. I showered, combed my hair, squeezed out excess water and placed my hair on a towel as directed in the instructions. I take it off after 40 minutes and expect dry hair. My hair was still wet.
