Review on Enhanced KISS Everlasting French Nail Kit with Medium Pearl Tip - 28 Nails EF10 (1 PACK) by Travion Matias

I recently bought 6 boxes of Kiss French Pearl nails. I complained that the 2 boxes didn't look like beads and that each tube of glue was rock hard and unusable. I was disappointed and said so. Today I received 3 boxes of the same nails from the seller who attached a very nice letter of apology for the fact that the product does not meet the requirements. I was very surprised and pleased that the seller took the time to write about my complaint and kindly sent additional boxes in which I am happy to report that all tubes of glue are in good condition. I give this seller 5 stars in recognition of the extra effort they put into customer service. I will definitely buy from this seller again.
