I had one in my old apartment and it's the first upgrade I've made to my townhouse. I mounted it behind the kitchen counter. 2 port outlets isn't enough and I don't use AC devices there so it's almost perfect. I run 2 Qi pads as well as spare cables for things like tablets, kindle, watches or whatever. Running out of power has never been an issue, and it's more than enough for overnight charging or charging. It's not really a very fast charger, although it should deliver 2.4A per port, which is pretty good. Probably the only improvement I can think of is an updated model with 2 C and 2 A ports with PD.
