Last updated: Ms. Kelly's customer service helped me buy a broken pair with a new system. Unfortunately, the replacement system turned out to be defective and also tore the frame and screen. All right, tell Miss Jelly and she sent me another system like she sent the second system. The new system arrived, plugged it in and it worked again, even now for the holidays when we play Christmas lights songs for about an hour. Thank you Miss Kelly for your hard work and excellent customer support. Update: Last week October working in the yard turned on and only 1 speaker working? I removed the speaker wire and put it back anyway, just one worker. Disable a speaker that you can hear and the one that doesn't work plays music and you have to put your ear to it to hear anything. Plug in another speaker and that's the only one that works. I plugged in the power supply for about 10 minutes, then plugged it in and connected, but only one still works. Emailed customer service looking for an easy fix and we and our neighbors love it when we play our own music. It was fantastic for summer meetings. I hate the lack of a solution to fix this and thought about buying another garden kit. Keep up to date! IMPRESSIVE! The box arrived quickly, the contents of the package were securely wrapped. They pulled them out and installed them on foam boards in our yard. Connected them via bluetooth and played the first song Kick start my heart by Motley Crue! It's great sound quality and easy volume control. This is now my first pair of rock speakers that I have purchased from Acoustic Audio by Gold Wood. I replaced a defective kit I bought a few years ago from another manufacturer which I will respectfully not name. Acoustic Audio exceeded all expectations and I am very happy and satisfied. If in doubt don't take them, I bought an RSS8BT and wired them up using the recommended 16 gauge CL3 speaker wire. Get this outdoor entertainment sound system! You will not regret it!
