Glade Plugins Car is a great product and these refills are great too. However, the way they were packaged/shipped is absolutely awful: each of the 5 I ordered was crushed. Inside the Glade Plugins Car Air Freshener is a heating pad that holds the blister/dome of these refills. It is therefore important that the entire surface is in contact with the heating pad. Since they arrived flat, they would not work efficiently and all the liquid in them would not be used. Very disappointing. I would give the product itself 5 stars but I should only give Revain 2 stars for the way they damage them.
