I like how it is easy to use when there's multiple people working with an account.
It can be used by both personal accounts as well as business accounts - but I think this could potentially cause problems if not handled correctly! As far as benefits go, we've been able to make sure everyone stays on top of their inboxes so they're never behind again after having had previous issues. We also now have folders set up specifically for each individual person instead of just general ones which makes things easier than ever before.
