I read all recorded reviews before purchasing. I found the product to be effective in most cases. Some comments suggested that this could take a few weeks. I bought the product 3 times. After a few weeks I gave up. Most of the original milia survived, and new ones appeared after about 3 months. Just a note. I remembered a comment that suggested Obagi is better. I tried too. This product didn't fit me either and it's very expensive. So the dermatologist who told me (2 years ago) that he needed to remove the bumps was probably right. But scars can remain. So be careful.
