Disappointed: too small for hot tools, arrived damaged

When I received this product I opened it up and noticed there was already a big hole in the metal mesh. It had been damaged in some way before. Also, it doesn't go far enough onto the closet for proper storage of the hot tools you stick it in. For this reason, my curling iron does not fit in the basket. Plus, the basket itself is big enough to maybe hold a brush or hot tool. In fact, this is more of a waste of space than a savings. upset.
