I received this product and one of the microphones is not working. I bought it from Amazon and paid for international shipping to the Philippines, so I couldn't return it. I called their tech support. support number and although they couldn't fix the problem, they immediately gave me a $25 Amazon gift card. The morning after my birthday party (I had a blast using it with a mic) I emailed the supplier to let them know the problem and less than an hour later they emailed me back and gave me a code to buy a new car for FREE and told me to keep the original sent! Talk about good customer service! By the way. I connected 3.5mm to my small Vanatoo (2) speakers with a powered subwoofer. Works and sounds great!
