I only buy Hisdern ties online because of the way they are packaged. Other tie sellers ship ties twisted or even folded in the wrong place, resulting in permanent creases in the ties. I sent them back. However, Hidern ties were always sent in long boxes, the ties lay flat and were only folded once - and were completely packed in a form-fitting plastic tie pouch. I no longer buy ties from local clothing stores because the prices are usually outrageous. Its ties are of high quality and affordable price. I received many compliments from colleagues and students (I teach 5th grade). I have a long torso so I always go for 59" (or longer) ties. In my opinion, Hisdern can be trusted.
