Looks good but sounds bad

I had these headphones a while ago, I was hoping they would get better but unfortunately they turned out to be poor headphones. I like the feel of the metal body, but the cable is pretty short and stiff (which I don't like but might be a plus for some), and I don't like the feel of the earbuds themselves. While the rubber earbuds are interchangeable, they are either too big for my ears and won't fit, or just don't fit properly. In any case, I can't keep them), although this is a trifle. The first big problem is the sound quality. My favorite earbuds are only $7, so when I bought them I figured a price increase of $30 new and $11 on sale would mean a step up in quality at the time, but I guess there is Reason why they are always discounted. . The sound is metallic and empty, like I'm listening to better headphones through the receiver. Even though they work with Android, not all the sounds play if I don't rotate the stylus properly. It's really weird. Background noise is played but no voices or vice versa. However, as keen as I am, they're not the worst I've had and they're pretty cheap. Maybe I just got a bad set. I'd recommend looking around first - there are plenty of better headphones out there for a similar price - before considering these, but if they're a lot cheaper, well there are worse options out there.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
