Review on 🚗 AUTOSAVER88 Clear Reflector Headlights Assembly - Compatible with 2009-2012 Dodge Ram 1500 2500 3500 - Headlamp Replacement for Passenger and Driver Side by Narendra Thapa

May 30th 2018. First of all to be honest they arrived well packaged and look great on my truck. I have many years of experience in servicing and repairing cars. They are easy to install and convenient for novice mechanics. Now minuses. I just installed them on my tappet, it took 20 minutes and I went to the car wash and my driver's side headlight had fogged up with condensation so I parked my truck in the sun for a couple of days with no condensation. Then last night I was driving and my headlights were on the ground so I stopped to adjust them and the adjustment knob spins freely without responding to the light function setting so I tried my passenger side which did adjust , but still points to the ground together with the high beam. I took them off my truck to check the position of the lights and they fit correctly so I reinstalled them to no avail. I'm not sure if this is a manufacturer issue or if I just have bad headlights. Otherwise I would have given at least 4 stars. October 4, 2018. I was contacted within 24 hours of posting my review regarding my review and poor experience. I've waited to update my post to see if I encounter any other issues before updating this review. Autosaver immediately began corresponding with me professionally to fix the issues I had at hand and I will say they did NOT blame me. Corresponding with their team was very easy and all I had to provide were photos of the faulty product. Shown below. They quickly sent me a replacement headlight kit which I am very happy with. I had no problems with the new set of headlights that was provided to me. They've been installed on my ram for over a month now and I go to my local car wash several times a week and haven't had any condensation issues with this kit. Now for the other problem I mentioned earlier. I have no issues with the tilt/pointing of the new headlights, although they are a little lower than I prefer, they are adjustable and provide the right light on the road for safe driving in my deer infested territory. Rschunimagu. Otherwise they point to the road and not to the ground. I had no problems with this replacement set as I mentioned earlier. I stand behind the autosaver like they do for me.
