If you're looking for leather, this isn't it. This is nylon which is great for traveling with kids. The bags turned out better than I imagined. I wore it all day and it was still comfortable. I was able to fit 2 bottles of Contigo water in the main pocket (which is actually on the opposite side of what is pictured with the 2 front pockets). There are 2 water bottle pockets on the side which are quite small so mostly work with disposable water bottles. There are also 2 zippered side pockets and I use one of them for my phone. Considering the price I was so happy with it for our last day trip. Not too heavy like a normal backpack, but not as neck-heavy as a shoulder bag.
