My daughter ends up wearing 3t in Carter tops. She wears 4t at Target and Walmart. As do I As I mentioned earlier three laces are still fine.This dress was 4/5 too long in the arms and shoulders but the smallest size was too short and the lining didn't stretch for Carolina.I will add pictures of both dresses to help those who need to order, size 2 is about 28" long. size 4 is 32" long. most importantly, my daughter complained that the top is itchy even though it is nice. Finally, I loved this petticoat -Company doesn't matter.If you want to buy and add a larger size, I would suggest this brand instead.
