Continuous. Disgusting squishy noise.

So far they make a durable impression. The cable is so thick that I have to hold it while running to keep the headphones from flying out of my ear. Although this is normal. My only real complaint is with the sound quality. They have a muddy bass sound that just doesn't work for the type of music I listen to. I could see it maybe working for trap music. I usually listen with $10 Skullcandy headphones. I personally find that they have the best sound quality, they just break very easily.
