Works great! I thought my face was clean until I used this! I washed my face really well and while my skin was still warm and open-pored I used this product and got so much dirt out of my pores! I was shocked! I use it a few times a week and have noticed a dramatic reduction in blackheads around my nose. I also use the microdermabrasion cap every two weeks. My skin is a bit sensitive so there's not much else I can do, but this one can be used as often as I need to as it just sucks and doesn't scrape. It's easy to clean and sanitize, and I've also used it to pull out tiny surface splinters that were too small to grab with tweezers. I'm very happy with it!
