Looking for the right gift
My family began (late 1950s, early 1960s) when a new bride in the family got married; Daughters-in-law received a jar of biscuits to welcome the new bride to the family. It was joined by the note "Let your house be filled with the smell of baked cookies, and little hands take it from this cookie jar." This year I had the opportunity to welcome a new daughter-in-law to a family from Vietnam. I was looking for the right gift and this cookie jar was just the right gift.
