Review on πŸ”Œ Logitech F710 Wireless Gamepad - 2.4 GHz with USB Nano-Receiver, Dual Vibration Feedback, D-Pad Switches, Compatible with PC - Grey/Black by Ta Wan ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I expected mediocre quality, but it was a pleasant surprise.

Logitech is no longer the same? Yes, not the same anymore. I have a wired dense Logitech precision gamepad, very simple, but the buttons are not an example better, they are softer and pressed better, and LB, RB do not click, but are also pressed quietly . It killed that sometimes it loses contact with the receiver, if not direct visibility, judging by the recall, this is a "disease" of this model. It’s not critical for me (I connect to an extension cord). Not all games have buttons configured correctly. For example, in Deadlight, by default, X is confused with Y, A with B. The game does not allow you to change the assignment . Correspondingly. trouble. The same chillstream model from Logitech did not have such a problem in the game. Unfortunately, there are a lot of downsides. But the bottom line is that there are essentially no good wireless gamepads on the market right now. From small software, a huge transmitter if for a PC, you can’t look at a trustmaster without tears, PS3 is very expensive, and why? It turns out that logitech is the only choice. I would like to note that these disadvantages are more my nit-picking and desire for a gamepad. Overall a great gamepad. But for now, four. By the way, which is convenient, it can be disassembled without stickers, i. E. no need to rip anything. I took it apart and everything inside is very well done.

Pros
  • workmanship, The reliability of the cross (standard for Logitech), Standard Form Factor
Cons
  • It loses connection sometimes (which is strange, since the mouse from the logitech does not suffer from this for me). The right buttons (a, b, x, y) make a lot of noise when spinning The top buttons (LB, RB) are clicking which is very noisy at night The triggers are straight, not curved Software branded nonsense is complete, no configuration for games can be done (as they write). Not in all games it is determined correctly (the buttons are mixed up in places) On win 7 without firewood will not work. Instantly when activated, it does not catch the signal, it takes time.
