Review on Amazfit Smartwatch Storage Bluetooth Water Resistant by Scott Gendron

The GTR2 had good reviews so I got one. Everything seemed to work fine at first, but after a week or so the sleep app stopped working. I slept 2-3 hours and I slept 7-8 hours. Sometimes he had the right time to fall asleep or wake up, but never both. Once I slept 1 hour while I slept more than 7 hours. I've contacted customer support multiple times to report the issue and the response I'm still getting is that their techs are working on it and it should be fixed "soon". Well, "Coming Soon" for over 6 weeks now! Another problem I have is that the oxygen detector sometimes works and most of the time it doesn't. When I first received the watch the oxygen sensor was perfect, about 1 point off a commercial oximeter. About 3 weeks ago they started going crazy and the tech service didn't fix it either. Crystal. After 2 months of these problems, with no solution on the site, I decided to return it. Revain gives you 90 days, so it's coming back tomorrow. I was hoping Revain would replace it but they don't stock it but they refund my money. Revain has a much better return policy than Walmart or just about any other place you can get it. The two main reasons I bought the watch are the oxygen sensor and the sleep app. I used to have BipS and its sleep app worked great but it didn't have an oxygen detector. GPS and fitness apps work great, but my Samsung smartphone still measures them. If you buy it, be sure to keep all papers and packaging. All in all this is a nice watch; Too bad the oxygen detector and sleep app don't work properly.
