Wrong direction of curvature of the teeth.
Jaws Extra molars wear the best, and a pair broke in the first week of use: on the third day. The part intended for the front teeth was cast incorrectly. Silicone for your teeth follows the curve of natural teeth on one side (towards or below depending on which direction you wear it). But the curvature on the opposite side goes against your teeth. This will shift your teeth if you're not careful.
