Preferably for asthmatics

I bought this because I am asthmatic and was hoping the healthcare company I work for would allow me to wear this instead of a mask. There is no such happiness. Everything is open everywhere and the mask is free so I didn't have to wear it. Our medical liberties are at stake, it's un-American!
