Putting together this very small piece of furniture was difficult - screws a little too short, and metal bars were missing holes drilled in them. The instructions gave only an email for support. Emailed with pictures and over 48 hours later- no response. Going through Walmart support for the product- their website has a different email address and phone number for support. We will see if I get a response from that email, and I will try and call when they open- but I am not very hopeful. Feel like I am wasting time and money. This is supposed to be for my nursery- baby girl due any day and this is not what I was planning on spending my time with. Save yourself the hassle and buy something else.
