Having been exclusive to Delsey Finatticz for probably the last five years I was very happy to receive this bag to replace one that had worn out after around 200,000 miles. I used this bag once and then immediately went to another brand because it's so bad. The materials appear to have been much cheaper than Delsey's in the past. The design is worse but the quality is not. I loaded 37lbs of clothes in it which is about 10lbs lighter than I normally carry and the bottom of the bag where the wheels are was so thin the front wheels started to sag and it didn't roll sideways or forwards, I had to roll it backwards, partly straight because those are the only wheels that didn't fall apart. Any threshold, any carpet, anything but a hard, smooth surface would sting her and become very difficult to handle. The edges have been reinforced by the wheels but that's about it, very thin fabric between the wheels on the long and short sides makes it a little heavy forward and doesn't roll properly. I've always loved the Delsey and have had five or six other bags that have never given me any problems, but this one isn't worth a quarter of the price. I am very happy with my new brand and have no plans to return to Delsey again, I just can't spend this money and risk it then I'll buy another poor quality bag. They really went under.
