These grips fit my 16oz hydroflask and my 22oz tall water bottles. The rings do not slip off even when the bottles are full. Moving the rings closer together gives you more wrist strap (i.e. you still have to hold the bottle to drink). Sliding the rings farther apart gives you more grips (i.e. you can only hold that part for drinking). I'm happy with the size and strength; They are of good value. I was disappointed to only receive blue pens. I should have read the description more carefully. I wanted to give each of my two kids one to help them identify their water bottles but no luck. However, I would recommend them.
