First of all my Dell 17 3000 laptop fits in my bag and I didn't have to stuff it in for it to fit. I wasn't expecting much for a very small amount (over eighteen dollars) so I can't say I was disappointed because what do you expect for such a small price? In my case I have no intention of traveling with this laptop at all, otherwise I would have bought a much better bag/case. I just wanted to put the laptop somewhere so the laptop wouldn't collect dust, and also very rarely was I able to take it with me on a trip. So I got pretty much what I expected. But maybe to help others I will provide the following information. The grips appear to be quite "cheap" as they crack/break fairly easily after prolonged use. Also, there wasn't much padding around the perimeter. The zipper was plastic so I guess I didn't abuse it too much (maybe all zippers are like that? I don't know). The stuff was. I don't know how to describe it. No fabric, no leather, of course, but I wasn't expecting anything special here either. I don't know how long it lasts, not for a long time. Haven't attached the strap yet so can't comment on that. One thing I don't like, and it's probably petty of me to complain, is that when I put my laptop in my bag, you see the two internal dividers/pockets, whatever they are, with one Hand must keep separated when inserting the laptop. While this bag doesn't offer much protection, it does offer something.
