I really want to rate this bag better but I can't. I love the bag and it mostly meets my needs, but there are some build quality issues. It's not an expensive bag though, so it's still good value for money. Actually there are only two problems with the bag, but unfortunately they are quite big. First velcro. It's terrible. It doesn't rest on the handles, so it's completely useless there. He also started peeling off the packaging. Just remove the velcro on the handles and use the best velcro on the front pocket. Second, the zippers keep falling off. I've had great luck noticing when this happens and finding them, but I ended up losing one. Now I have a zipper on my bag with no pull tab. If those two things were corrected it would be a 4-5 star bag. Update: I was able to contact the manufacturer who informed me that they are aware of the defects I mentioned and have corrected them. They then sent me a refurbished bag to replace my problem bag. I've only been using it for a short time and it's already pretty obvious that the velcro is of a much better quality and the zip tabs don't come loose. This is how an already good bag that got 3 stars is now a quality bag with 5 stars. For the price, this bag is hard to beat.
