I bought these Bearpaw Emma Tall boots in size 2 for my 9 year old. They run true to size, but you can go up a size to wear them for two seasons. I've compared these to the retailers we have and they definitely seem authentic as far as I can tell. They all have the correct markings and I try to show them in the photos. I like the look of the tall boots but it's great that you can get the best of both worlds with them as you can roll up the top of these boots and wear them shorter and create a completely different look too. Make sure you roll them up before you put them on though! in mine to roll them up after they're on your foot, so keep that in mind. They could even be a little shorter, but I just rolled them up quickly to show them in these photos. Quality: They are very well made. Real suede on the outside and real wool mix on the inside. , and sheepskin is used inside the insole itself. I like that they don't leave any lint as they are a wool blend. This is important for me. The Bearpaw brand is really pushing their game and competing with premium ugg boots for a much better price. To be honest, in our experience these Bearpaws are some of the best boots you can buy and my wallet is happier. My only complaint is that I wish these young big ones were a little taller, but they are still super cute! I definitely recommend them, which is why I keep coming back.
