Hello! The necklace is beautiful but I had no idea that soap and water would discolour it if I wear it when I take a bath. This should have been said in relation to necklace information. I would choose another. It says the necklace will not tarnish, but that is NOT TRUE! I already had an engraving on the necklace and I cannot return it. I'm sooooo mad because my loved one's remains have already been placed in the heart. Also, the heart hanging in the middle has already fallen off and it's taking me a hell of a long time to put it back on. Bridget
