I like to use A LOT of these - mostly cooked chicken, meat, rice, corn, any food that can be put in the fridge - and they provide solid protection and coverage. Then just take them out and put them in the microwave and then throw them away. Well, if their cost is low, I can throw them away and use them permanently.
