Review on Wireless Number Pad: Portable Mini USB 2.4GHz Financial Accounting Numeric Keypad for Excel Data Entry on Laptop, PC, Desktop, Surface Pro, Notebook by Tiffany Lynch

Nice finance number pad

I received this to help with entering my finances on my laptop. Most laptops, except for gaming, no longer have a numeric keypad. This works really well for my Surface Pro, although it occupies the only USB port I have on my Surface. The USB dongle fits easily into the battery pack. This device is powered by a triple battery which is not included. The USB stick is not too big. It's about the same size as most keys, sticking out just half an inch. So far I've seen the device travel ten to thirteen feet before losing connection. One of the things I want to say is that there is a key that enters 000. It took me a while to get used to it. I would also like to point out that the keys protrude slightly to the side. They can be easily removed for cleaning and have no backlight. The keys have good feedback. The top part of the keys, where the battery indicator lights up, is made of plastic, which is easily scratched and damaged. Just putting it in my pocket causes scratches. It's lightweight and the USB dongle fits behind the battery cover. I've tried gaming, but I don't think it's responsive enough to keep up with games. Overall I think it's a decent number pad and I recommend it to anyone who wants their number keys back for their laptops.
