UPDATE: I got new tweezers today, they are much thicker and grip much better as they don't bend when you squeeze them. I didn't contact the store for a replacement but I got it anyway. Business concerns about the quality of their products are high. I will buy from them again. I like the different shapes, but they aren't very strong and don't grab very thin hair. Overall, they do a good job with eyebrows and slivers!
