Too loud. This created a constant buzzing noise in my HTPC. It was annoying so I removed it. While I understand that smaller fans tend to make more noise, I think a product with the words "Stealth" and "Silent" in the name will be less audible. I could hear the fan in the middle of the movie and it was driving me crazy. I've had cheaper 40mm fans which I swear weren't that loud. Maybe my expectations were just too high, but I was looking for nothing more than a little more airflow in my case. I went with a fan who claimed to be silent. Of the 3 fans in the case (including this one) and the two USB powered 120mm fans on the back of the entertainment center, this "quiet" fan was the only one I could get from anywhere in my 15 x 20 living room could clearly hear some parts of my kitchen, my guest bathroom, halfway up the stairs, halfway down the hall. I have no idea how much air this thing moves, that's not what I bought it for. I bought it for its perceived calm. If more air movement was my top priority when looking for fans, I would look for something like "Tornado" or "High-RPM/CFM". not "Stealth" or "Silent". I can lower the fan voltage to make it quieter for $3. I figured if I had paid more I wouldn't have to do this.
