Leak on first use

I had high hopes for this pack. I also thought for a few days and decided on the Sharkmouth brand. Then I fought between two different styles and settled on this one. I apologize. I bled and checked the water bladder to make sure the water was draining normally and there were no issues. Everything seemed fine, but in hindsight I should have poured more water into my bladder and filled it completely. On first use, it seemed like there was a leak at the bladder tube connection point. Partially stopped on a hike to fix this. When I picked it up to put it back in my backpack I could still see the water dripping. Decided to just keep going but ended up getting my ass all wet. It turns out that there is a tiny hole on the front of the bubble. Will get replacement but NOT from Sharkmouth. =
