They had (serious) problems
The quality of these towels was unlike any Olay towels I have ever had, they have always been strong and good quality. Now I've just started the first of three boxes, but every washcloth I've used has ripped in half in the middle of my wash with it! I think you can even see the holes in the middle of the fabric are bigger in one direction, but trust me after years of use this has never happened. I really hope that after this almost useless box the next two boxes will be better. Was it really Olay fabric?
