Absolutely normal! in Scrubs
Lightening didn't work for me. I have had very dark spots on my lips for years from smoking, coffee, sun etc. I love the smell and how soft my lips stay. I don't need to put lip balm on my dry, chapped lips at all. I no longer have this problem after using this lip balm. So that's a plus. It may not work for what it says, but it was worth the purchase. I've been using it for about 2 months now. Please don't hide my comment!
